• AGE/TYPE OF ANCHOR SHAFT
• SOIL COMPOSITION, including the type and characteristics of the soil(s) surrounding your site
• POTENTIAL FOR CORROSION OF STEEL
  
• POTENTIAL FOR CORROSION OF CONCRETE
• SOURCES OF STRAY CURRENT, including those from nearby pipelines, heavy industry and AM towers.
• AGRICULTURAL INFLUENCES:  Farming practices commonly cause  an alteration of site soil following the application of various chemicals
